Euroderm

Transparent sterile adhesive dressing made of a highly resistant thin polyurethane film. Stretchable, hypoallergenic and radiotranslucent.

Euroderm is Water and bacteria proof but permeable to water vapour and oxygen, guarantees an excellent moisture vapour transmission rate, creating an ideal environment for wound healing and reduces the risk of skin maceration.

It is easy to remove in a non-traumatic manner; it does not release residues of adhesive on the skin. The high conformability of the support enables an easy application on joints and difficult body contours.

Its transparency allows continuous monitoring of the wound without having to remove the dressing. Euroderm’s waterproof polyurethane support allows patients the opportunity to do regular shower and bath.

Euroderm can be left in place for periods greater than average dressing. Euroderm is latex free. Intended use: To be used for the protection of insertion site for venous and arterial catheter or other percutaneous devices.

I and II degree burns. Protect the skin at risk of decubitus or subject to redness sites for prolonged immobilization.

Secondary fixation of other dressings.
