Elastic adhesive tape for the treatment and natural prevention of trauma as well as joint and muscle inflammation. Kinesiology taping is used by sports doctors and physiotherapists to treat muscle and joint pain and similar disorders.

Muscles stretch and contract continuously within certain limits. However, when these limits are exceeded, the muscles under stress become inflamed.

When a muscle is inflamed, swollen or stiff because fatigued, the space between the skin and the muscle is “compressed” and the result is a restriction on the movement of lymphatic fluid.

This compression involves even the pressure on pain receptors located under the skin, resulting in pain. This type of pain is called “myalgia” or simply “muscle pain”.

When properly applied, Euroathletic KLS for kinesiology taping relieves pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage through an action on the skin that increases the interstitial space, reducing the pressure on lymph flow and pain receptors, due to the formation of particular convolutions on the skin.

WARNINGS

• Disposable.
• Do not use on injured skin.
• The patch may cause a slight reddening of the area at the time of removal.
• In case of intolerance to the patch, remove it and wash the application area.

To be used under the guidance of a doctor specializing in sports medicine or a physiotherapist who know how to apply it.

FREQUENCY OF REPLACEMENT

It can remain in situ for several days from the time of application, given the high permeability and total freedom of movement.

The frequency of replacement should be established based on the opinion of the specialist.
