VULNOMED is a sterile isotonic saline spray solution based on Silver Chloride and Aloe Vera for the cleansing, irrigation and hydration of the skin. It is indicated for acute and chronic wounds, dermatological lesions of varying etiology, intact or injured skin surfaces.

It allows a complete and thorough cleansing of the damaged skin and the neighboring area. It may be useful in the debridement of the crusty necrotic tissue.
